📦 Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. base in Baltimore, Maryland.
Our team handles everything in-house to ensure quality and care—no drop shipping, no middlemen.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

No—we currently only ship to the US. International Shipping Soon.. 🌎
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs fees may apply depending on your country. Those are your responsibility.


⏱ How long will it take to get my order?

U.S. Orders:

  • Standard: 1–4 business days

International Orders:

  • Standard: 7–21 business days

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Everything is encrypted and secure—we never store your payment info.


📃 Can I change or cancel my order?

Only if it hasn’t shipped yet.
Email us immediately at info@ivrona.com with your order number and request.

If it’s already on the way, you’ll need to wait for delivery and request a return (if eligible).


🔁 What’s your return policy?

You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Open or used products? Sorry, we can’t take those back for hygiene reasons.

❌ My order arrived damaged or something’s wrong—now what?

We got you.
Email info@ivrona.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong item

  • Description of the issue

We’ll replace it or refund you. No hassle.

Yes. Every formula is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made with clean, plant-based ingredients.
No animal testing. No animal by-products.
